Our members, @Airbus & @Rolls-Royce participated as speakers in an Aviation Roundtable Webinar, an event organized by the RLCF Alliance for its members. The main subject was “Aircraft and Engine Manufacturers’ Initiatives to Enable the Transition to 100% Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF)“. Currently, SAF constitutes only a small proportion of the fuel used in the aviation sector. The key challenge lies in figuring out how the aeronautical industry can switch to 100% SAF. What were the topics covered? ➡️ The implications of 100% SAF on supply, production, and climate. ➡️ The required research and development paths. ➡️ A roadmap that details industry activities paving the way for future SAF advancements.
